We just wrapped up our pioneering "Lead To Inspire Masterclass" series at Bain, which started back in September 2023 - This empowering program was designed for female students across EMEA, focusing on key professional skills and leadership development. For the past nine months, we've been meeting virtually every month to tackle various topics including case-solving techniques, AI applications in business, effective communication strategies, and inspirational leadership insights. And what better way to wrap up this incredible journey than with a hands-on terrarium workshop organized by Ave Natura? 🌱📸 A huge shout-out to the incredible Belgian students, Elisa Torielli, Victoria Vandenberghe, and Phuong Nguyen, and a special thanks to our Bain colleagues Elise Vanderclausen, Géraldine Staumont, and Annelien Crijns. #AtBain #WomenInLeadership #ProfessionalDevelopment

We are proud to announce that our very own Christophe De Vusser is now Bain & Company's new worldwide managing partner and CEO, the first European (and Belgian!) to hold this role for our firm. Christophe is succeeding Manny Maceda, who served in the role since March 2018. Christophe joined Bain & Company Brussels in 2000 and he was awarded the Bright-Dix award in 2005, an honor bestowed to those who demonstrate excellence in developing people. During his time #atBain, he served as the managing partner of our #Brussels office from 2012 to 2018, and most recently led the EMEA Private Equity and Financial Investors practice. Congratulations Christophe De Vusser 🚀 - We look forward to the continued innovation and strong leadership you will bring to our global community! ➡ Learn more about Christophe as he takes on this exciting new role: https://atbain.co/4cIjrGf

This pivotal gathering brought leaders and experts from across the wheat value chain to discuss sustainable and low-carbon practices in the industry 🌾 We are proud to have Jelle represent Bain at such a key event, but also share insights on the parallels between energy and food transitions, shedding light on the clear direction and opportunities for leaders to create and sustain a first-mover advantage in sustainability. A heartfelt thanks to the Dossche Mills NV team for this amazing event - It's gatherings like this that truly highlight the power of working together to advance our sustainability goals! 🌍
