We just wrapped up our pioneering "Lead To Inspire Masterclass" series at Bain, which started back in September 2023 - This empowering program was designed for female students across EMEA, focusing on key professional skills and leadership development. For the past nine months, we've been meeting virtually every month to tackle various topics including case-solving techniques, AI applications in business, effective communication strategies, and inspirational leadership insights. We are proud to announce that our very own Christophe De Vusser is now Bain & Company's new worldwide managing partner and CEO, the first European (and Belgian!) to hold this role for our firm. Christophe is succeeding Manny Maceda, who served in the role since March 2018. Christophe joined Bain & Company Brussels in 2000 and he was awarded the Bright-Dix award in 2005, an honor bestowed to those who demonstrate excellence in developing people. During his time #atBain, he served as the managing partner of our #Brussels office from 2012 to 2018, and most recently led the EMEA Private Equity and Financial Investors practice. On Thursday evening, we hosted our largest alumni event ever at Le Flore in Bois de La Cambre 🌳, bringing together around 100 alumni and Bain colleagues.
