Last week, our colleagues attended the 44th International Symposium On Forecasting in Dijon 🇲🇫 A place where the world’s leading forecasting researchers, practitioners, and companies looking to innovate their operations meet. Our Solution Lead Victor Hutse explains how organisations can leverage AI to improve supply chain efficiency 🚀 Attendees of the ‘Supply Chain Excellence Community’ event hosted by Möbius Business Redesign were all ears for Victor’s presentation on AI for Value Chains. In this talk, Victor focused on Radix’ vision for using AI in Value Chains, illustrating this with two real-world use cases. Some interesting highlights from Victor’s talk: 💡 With supply chains becoming more complex, increasingly advanced applications of forecasting, planning and monitoring are required. Case studies at Brussels Airport Company and Atlas Copco demonstrate AI is a key enabling technology for applications like demand forecasting and production planning, making them both more performant and more efficient. 💡 The future is connected: the future of AI in supply chains involves a more holistic approach integrating different forecasting, planning, and monitoring use cases into a unified system for greater efficiency.
