Pacific Talent Partners is proud to partner with one of Australia’s leading restructuring and advisory firm in their search for a Cybersecurity Director. 

Role
In this role, you will collaborate with the Cybersecurity team. As a Director, you will be responsible for ensuring various schedules including the relevant phases, milestones, activities, deliverables and timelines are defined and met. The role will continue to uphold the business’ reputation as a specialist in the cybersecurity space. Your focus will be incident response. 

You will continue to assist clients in making better management decisions through the provision of detailed advice. Reporting into incident response Partners, you will be part of a wider cybersecurity team which looks after resilience and governance.

Your Background
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional experiences in the following areas:

  • Cybersecurity experience - A Head of Cybersecurity/Chief Information Security Officer/Director of Cybersecurity specifically with a focus on incident response.
  • Business and Team Leadership - A proven ability to lead cybersecurity strategy with a pragmatic approach to deliver exceptional client outcomes. A demonstrated track record of managing or playing a leading role during a practice build is critical.
  • Commercial Acumen & Business Growth - Significant experience in full strategy and business cybersecurity transformation advice. A consistent and proven track record of delivering exceptional commercial outcomes, with demonstrated commercial and business acumen in designing and influencing business development investment and managing profit and loss.
  • Entrepreneurial, Results Orientated - Ambitious and agile, accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with a proven capacity to work well under pressure in a team, with an accountability mindset and a view to delivering growth and opportunity.
  • Relationship Management Skills - An emotionally-intelligent and driven individual with highly effective communication skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. A demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service levels to clients and quality outcomes.
