    Credit Clear needs to understand the patterns in account transactions that either end up in collections or cancellation of invoices. An association rule based frequent pattern mining model has been created to monitor account transactions in real-time.

  • Prototype Model to Predict whether an Invoice is Going to be Fully Paid or End Up in a Payment Plan

    Credit Clear wanted to predict what is going to be the outcome of an invoice as soon as they are being uploaded. A highly accurate model has been induced. A production model is in the product backlog that will inform Clear Clear clients the likelihood of the collection when invoices are being uploaded.

  • Prototype Model to Predict Success Chance for Payment Plans

    Credit Clear wanted to predict whether a payment plan is going to succeed as soon as they are created. A prototype model has been induced and tested. A production model is in the product backlog that will accept or reject a payment plan at the time of creation, thus will prevent creation of payment plan that is likely to fail.

  • Controlling SMS Message Sentiment to Increase Collections

    Credit Clear wanted to increase collections by sending more positive SMS to the debtors. A sentiment analysis has been conducted and a model has been trained that will intervene when creditors try to create SMS messages with high degree of negativity in it. A production model is in the product backlog that will guide creditors to create SMS messages with higher positivity.

  • Waternamics integration for Western Water

    Waternamics is a data management platform that combines Veolia’s international experience in water services and IBM’s Integrated Operations and Analytics platform.

    Waternamics’ base platform displays integrated data and automates standard operating procedures. Additional modules offer specialised functions to assist specific operations, i.e. management of drinking water, wastewater, energy, customer service and work orders.
