We had a wonderful time speaking to the Sydney Swans before the annual Pride Match! Jain Moralee (she/her) (CEO) and Steff Fenton (they/they) (Learning & Development Manager) chatted to the team about what it means for Sydney Swans to be involved with the Pride Match and represent LGBTIQA+ communities. It's been so great to be involved as a key partner in the Diversity Action Plan that will help the club, players, and staff be more confident in working with LGBTIQA+ communities.
