I have taken on a REAL challenge this September, walking the Kokoda Trail in PNG. I have been provided this opportunity through Thryv Australia & New Zealand, I could not be more grateful. I am doing this to challenge myself (I have never even been camping) and bring awareness to RUOK? To prepare for this trek I am attempting 7 hours on my elliptical machine at my local coffee shop Blondies in Beaconsfield this Saturday.
