At Stowe Australia, our dedication to empowering our apprentices reached new heights with our inaugural Apprentice Development Day in Sydney!   With 86 enthusiastic apprentices from first, second, and third years in attendance, the day was buzzing with energy and learning. We provided an action-packed agenda, diving deep into essential skills like lighting control, maintenance, safety, and communications.   We had the privilege of having talented subject matter experts from various Stowe divisions donate their time in designing and presenting the displays. Their insights and demonstrations showcased the pinnacle of best practices, leaving our apprentices inspired and informed.   This event was a testament to our commitment to their growth and success.   A big thank you to everyone who made this day possible. Together, we are shaping a brighter future for our apprentices and setting the stage for excellence!   Stay tuned for more updates on our journey of continuous learning and development.
