    Looking back to Tuesday morning, as we continued our Elevate Series with another successful event: "MVP for EVP: Creating a Meaningful Employee Value Proposition to Foster a Connected Culture.”   The Elevate Series continues to offer engaging and insightful industry events, as this event proved to be another standout occasion.   The event, held at the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service - Northern NSW was chaired by our very own HR Specialist Recruiter Monique Marten, followed by a welcome from Graeme Rowe, our host from Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, plus a special Acknowledgement of Country from our Speakers, Emma McKenny.   The morning featured presentations and discussions led by three distinguished HR experts, offering invaluable insights and advice on developing a compelling Employee Value Proposition.   We extend our thanks again to our wonderful panel: Emma McKenny, Fiona Williams and Lauren Ross – showcasing such variety across industries and information on the key topic, we have received nothing but glowing feedback about the information shared by these experts.   Thank you also to our attendees for joining us and helping to create another wonderful Elevate event.   Special thanks to Emily Goldman (Dempsey) Goldman for capturing these memorable moments from the morning.   We are already looking ahead to our next Elevate event, keep an eye on our socials for more info!   #ElevateSeries #HR #EVP #EmploymentValueProposition #NewcastleNetworking

    And so the Hike To Help Jenny’s Place adventure begins! All sixteen trekkers kitted up and ready to hike 120km of the Heysens Flinders trail. They commenced the journey this morning – weather forecast isn’t great but their spirits are high and their determination is rock solid. Sending these wonderful women our positive thoughts and energy for the nine days ahead. Happy hiking!!

    This morning, we gathered once again for our Elevate Series, focusing on the highly topical Employment Value Proposition (EVP) at our breakfast event titled "MVP for EVP." The Elevate Series, presented by peoplefusion, continues to deliver engaging and informative industry events. Following our successful inaugural event, "The Invaluable Value of the EA," this morning's session was truly memorable! Attendees were welcomed with warm coffee by Heavenly Cups to kick-start their day, followed by a delicious spread courtesy of Feast Catering at the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service Business Centre, a wonderful event space and truly special community service. The event was chaired by Monique Marten, Senior Recruitment Specialist at peoplefusion, with a welcoming address from Graeme Rowe from Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service - Northern NSW The morning unfolded with insights and advice from three exceptional HR Experts on crafting a successful EVP. Attendees actively participated, engaging in discussions and gaining valuable tools to implement in their organisations. Emma McKenny started with tips for a holistic approach and their clever adaptation of Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Fiona Williams followed, discussing the psychosocial framework, data gathering, and interpretation. Lauren Ross then shared her experiences from NCIG, emphasising the cultural foundations essential for a robust EVP. Sally Bartley, Director at peoplefusion, concluded the formalities, after which guests enjoyed networking over more refreshments. Thank you to everyone who attended.
