We are a unique initiative targeted at improving interdisciplinary mental health practice and collaborative care within Australia. We support mental health practitioners through our nationwide practitioner networks and our free online professional development program. Network meetings provide a forum for practitioners from a range of disciplines to connect, build relationships, provide peer support and improve referral pathways. We also produce a series of webinars and podcasts about topical mental health issues. Each webinar features a panel discussion of a case study by leading experts from a range of disciplines. Our podcast, #MHPNPresents features local and international mental health experts as they discuss diverse topics relating to mental health and wellbeing.

This NAIDOC Week (7-14 July) MHPN are excited to announce the commencement of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)! Endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, our implementation phase will run from July 2024 to July 2025 and incorporate many opportunities for MHPN staff to understand and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and traditions.
