    Here at Cheil, we’re all about embracing our creativity (and a good bottle of red), so what better way to end the week than with an in-office Paint & Sip! Armed with art supplies, some delicious cheese boards, and plenty of wine, our team tapped into their inner artists and produced 16 masterpieces. Thank you to our People and Culture department and our resident painting whiz Alina for organising/hosting a fantastic event 🍷🎨🖼️

    Through a collaboration with Cheil Australia, Westfield Parramatta customers were treated to an immersive product and brand experience to demonstrate Samsung's latest Galaxy Foldable phone capabilities. Breaking ground in innovative retail experiences, Cheil and Samsung’s objective was to generate brand awareness and create excitement through a colourful and fun display, offering customers hands-on experience with the latest Samsung technology. From dynamic selfie moments to having a chance at winning exclusive Samsung products, the activation delivered a memorable brand experience and due to its strategic proximity to the Samsung store, were able to entice customers in to purchase the phone or make further enquiries. Both Cheil and Samsung were thrilled with the initial results and worked with the BrandSpace team to extend the campaign to Westfield Sydney, leaving a lasting impact on customer engagement and brand presence. Mark Anderson, Managing Director of Cheil Australia comments, “We were delighted to bring yet another memorable experience to Westfield Parramatta and see the attention it received from shoppers. The BrandSpace team are always great to work with and the centre always proves to be a great location for our immersive experiences”.

    Join the flip side! Cheil Australia recently helped Samsung Australia invite shoppers to discover the world of foldable phones - Galaxy Z Series, with immersive activations in both Sydney and Melbourne. Visitors got to explore various zones that helped showcase the amazing features such as FlexCam, with the opportunity to grab some great selfies and prizes along the way. A big shoutout to the Retail Team for all their hard work.

    Tensions were high in the Cheil offices this week as teams competed for the ‘Best Decorated Department’ prize!   The Digital, Strategy and Data teams pulled out a massive effort with their Aussie Christmas theme, consuming the Surry Hills office in an explosion of balloons, sea-themed décor and a bbq lunch to enjoy.   Creative Services gave a cheeky nod to the classic Chrissy movie ‘Home Alone’, while Creative used their design skills to share a classy snowy scene.   Sadly, People and Culture’s cacophony of tinsel, baubles and giant Santa (blocking the printer) could not compete with the overall winning Retail Experience team.   The controversial decision saw them take out the prize with their attention to detail, screen projected décor and desk-wrapping skills!   Congratulations to all for your involvement in this prestigious competition.   Merry Christmas from Cheil!
