Our exciting partnership with the National Basketball League (NBL) involves supporting community basketball clinics, which offer a unique opportunity for young adults to engage in sports, specifically basketball.   Speaking on a panel at the NBL’s Full Court Press event last week, our Head of Wellbeing and Citizenship, Michelle Fernandez, spoke about why these basketball clinics matter and how they contribute to overall wellbeing. By participating, young people gain confidence and form connections. Whether they’re perfecting their layup or working on their defense, each skill learned contributes to their self-assurance. The clinics provide a platform for skill development. For the United Nations International Yoga Day yesterday, our global teams came together to promote wellness through yoga. We hosted a global virtual 5-minute yoga session, led by Rachel Kotthoff, our very own Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, and yoga practitioner. A big thank you to the sites that also held local wellbeing sessions: 🌟 China - The office hosted both a one-hour yoga flow and Tai Chi  🌟 Surry Hills - There, Liza Siuskova, Blackmores' Market Supply Planner & Yoga Practitioner, expertly guided the team through a 30-minute yoga flow  🌟 Warriewood - Our WW office hosted yoga followed by its incredible sound healing session led by Senior Quality Associate and Sound Therapy Practitioner, Tarsila Motta 🌟 Singapore - Desmond Ong, Principal Yoga Trainer for DO Yoga & Fitness hosted a one-hour flow, centred on themes of self-discovery, strength and mindfulness 🌟 Auckland - Our NZ team will enjoy a stretchy yin yoga session with Yoga Practitioner, Emma Smith next week As a day that is about promoting global health, harmony and peace, we appreciate the enthusiasm for well-being from all those who participated. #InternationalYogaDay #BlackmoresGroup #Health #Wellbeing

Our Blackmores Institute Complementary Medicines Education (CMEd) program has been making waves in Thailand, nurturing a community of over 1,000 dedicated pharmacists who’ve graduated from this transformative program.   CMEd is our award-winning, online, CPD-accredited education program designed specifically for pharmacists. What better way to recognise World Environment Day yesterday than by hosting a collaborative session led by climate leaders who are committed to enhancing businesses' value of Nature and how we can take steps towards a Nature Positive future. Blackmores CEO, Alastair Symington and Pollination Group’s Guy Michael Williams hosted a three-hour working session for members of the Australian Climate Leaders Coalition on incorporating the protection of Nature into our businesses. World Environment Day reminds us to be aware and take action for the protection of the planet, which Alastair and Guy summarised in the session.
