Mechanical Design Engineer within Photovoltaics

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the mechanical design of photovoltaics (including open space, agri, floating, ...) and BESS projects.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure industry standards and company specifications.
• Continuous research and implementation of innovative solutions and optimisation techniques to improve the safety and reliability of photovoltaic and BESS systems.
• Creating and reviewing technical drawings, specifications and component selection.
• Verification of mechanical structures for photovoltaic and BESS projects.
• Conducting simulations and calculations to ensure structural integrity.

YOUR COMPETENCES

• University degree (Bachelor) in mechanical engineering or similar course of study.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of renewable energies.
• Experience with photovoltaic and BESS projects, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Fluent English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
• Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Strong teamwork skills and motivating working style.
