FUTURE ROLE - as versatile as our product portfolio

• Operational and strategic responsibility for the marketing of our brand LIMA
• Further development of the brand portfolio and implementation of the marketing strategy for successful international market leadership and new product launches
• Identification of market potentials, market changes, trends, and competitor activities
• Conception, planning, and execution of operational marketing measures
• NPD management from idea to post-launch analysis, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Leading and developing a two-member international team

QUALIFICATION / TALENT - exquisite, like the ingredients of our products

• Ideally 10+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with experience in startups/small businesses
• Completed studies with a focus on marketing, communication sciences, or business administration
• Extensive experience in implementing innovations & developing campaigns
• Ability to manage a cross-country toolkit & create a 3-year growth plan
• Very good English and French skills, German and Dutch skills are advantageous
• Preferably experience in the natural channel in France, either retail or customer experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in leading employees
• Enjoyment of results-oriented and data-driven work
