  • Slovenian Case Challenge

    • Together with an university colleague, participated in Slovenian case challenge and reached final (top 10 teams). The challenge was to improve an online grocery store (like Ocado) on several fields (communication, delivery, segmentation of the customers and expansion of the assortment)
    • The challenge was announced by Mercator d.d. – one of the biggest companies in the Adriatic region. We've presented our findings in front of the BoD

  • International Business Project - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield

    Group of students acted as consultants for Unibail – Rodamco – Westfield, helping them bridge challenges/problems arising from the growing e-commerce market.

    - First phase of the project consisted of an in-depth research on competitors, current and future trends and retail hubs
    - The second phase focused on creating a complete implementation plan for two solutions that we have proposed
