Team Experts wish you a pleasant St. Nicholas Day ! Nicholas of Myra is one of the most famous saints of the Eastern Churches and the Latin Church. His feast day, December 6th, is celebrated throughout Christianity and is associated with numerous customs. Nicholas worked in the first half of the 4th century as bishop of Myra in the Lycia region of Asia Minor, then part of the Roman, later the Byzantine, even later the Ottoman Empire, now Turkey. His Greek name Nikólaos (from νίκη and λαός) means “victory of the people” and was already in use in pre-Christian times.

excellence career fair 2023 at the Karl Franzen's University of Graz was a great success for the experts Team and we are already planning the upcoming candidate interviews with future Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral graduates from the University of Graz. The Experts Marketing team is already busy preparing for our next trade fair appearance at the University of Graz for this year's Excellence 23 career trade fair. In the marketing headquarters around 300 employees are currently working on building our 30m long and 8m high exhibition stand with the strict but brilliant leadership of Marketing Managerin Nina. Around 2000 individual parts still have to be assembled by November 20th! If you have time, get on the plane and visit us at the University of Graz at the Experts career exhibition stand. Hello everyone! My name is Iulia Dumitrescu, I am Recruiting Assistant at Trummer Experts Team Romania. I finished my bachelor’s degree in Modern Applied Language at the Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca. My experience revolves more around volunteering, along with an experience of 10 years for different organizations in departments such as HR, External Relations and Marketing. I have always enjoyed working with people, especially in teams. For 7 years I used to do karate, a performance sport that involves a lot of concentration, teamwork, discipline, speed and agility. Power and strength are two different physical attributes that are essential for karate. The training was the most important part in the sport. Without it, it would have been difficult to perform well. Before starting any competition, training and a little bit of meditation would be mandatory and give fruitful results. The satisfaction of receiving the medals and podiums was worth the effort. My biggest satisfaction is making things better than they initially were. I am a quick learner; I perform tasks quickly and meet deadlines. I love to learn new things, languages and working in Adobe Package. My hobbies include reading, bike riding and learning. The Experts Team was on hand at this year's HTBLA Kaindorf Job Day and was able to interview around 400 candidates. It was an extraordinarily successful event with over 100 companies able to present themselves to future graduates. We would like to thank the organizers, the direction and the students of the HTBLA Kaindorf with a focus on computer science, mechatronics and electrical engineering for the interesting discussions and wish them continued success !

Hello Everyone ! My name is Buburuzan Irina, I am Recruiter of the Trummer Experts Team Romania I finished my Bachelor degree in 2020 in Science of Informations and Documentation at the Babes Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca. I started working with people in 2017, there were different jobs involving different needs and clearly different types of people. But when I started to work with people more precisely, it was starting with the age of 14, for 5 years I did performance sports, a sport that involves a lot of teamwork, communication, understanding and discipline. Rowing, the sport I did, is not an easy sport at all, but the satisfaction at the end when you are on the podium is worth the effort and is the same as in normal life The beautiful part in working with people is the moment when I know that I can help, for me this means my own evolution. I believe that we will always have something to learn in life, that's why I like to listen and memorize every piece of information from every person I interact with. I have always liked challenges, working with people seems like a challenge and I really enjoy it. I consider myself detail oriented, communicative, quick learner and able to meet tight deadlines.
