Since its release in 2022, the Ranger Line has been setting standards in more sustainable ski production. With its innovative design, it reduces its environmental impact on several levels. ⁠ ⁠ What makes the Ranger special? 🔋🍃⁠ ⁠ The Ranger is made in Europe, resulting in an efficient supply chain. The sustainably produced titanal with min. 80% recycled content results in 90% energy savings compared to conventional production. The zero waste wood core production ensures that no wood is disposed of. The top sheet consists of 50% natural based oil and 10% recycled material, while the black base consists of min. 50% reused material and the steel edges between 20-25% of recycled material.⁠ Take a closer look at the Ranger line: https://lnkd.in/dFspazPZ ___________________________________________ Seit ihrer Veröffentlichung 2022 setzt die Ranger Linie neue Standards in nachhaltiger Ski-Produktion. Mit ihrem innovativen Design reduziert die Kollektion die Belastung auf die Umwelt auf gleich mehreren Ebenen. Aber was macht den Ranger so besonders? 🔋🍃⁠ Der Ranger ist in Europa produziert, was in einer sehr effizienten und sparsamen Lieferkette resultiert. Das nachhaltig produzierte Titanal mit mind. 80% recyceltem Inhalt resultiert in Energieeinsparungen von 90% im Vergleich zu einer herkömmlichen Produktion. Die Zero Waste Wood Core-Produktion stellt sicher, dass 100% des Holzes verbaut werden und keine unnötigen Holzabfälle entstehen. Das Topsheet besteht zu 50% aus natur-basierten Ölen und zu 10% aus recyceltem Material, während die schwarzen Bases aus mind. 50% wiederverwendetem Material bestehen und auch die Stahlkanten zwischen 20 und 25% recyceltes Material beinhalten. Shaping tomorrow! One of the Fischer apprentice teams won this year's apprentice hackathon in the Austrian wood industry category with a creative app concept for more efficient and automated resource planning of food in canteens. We congratulate this team and also our second team, which also won a certificate with an innovative app for optimizing the ski rental process, to this success! We are proud of our young talents and are very delighted that innovative, committed and creative minds are waiting in the wings for the future. ______________________________ Wir gestalten Zukunft! Eines der Fischer-Lehrlingsteams hat den diesjährigen Lehrlingshackathon gewonnen, indem es eine innovative App entwickelt hat, die die Ressourcenplanung von Lebensmitteln für die Batriebskantinen effizienter gestalten soll. Wir gratulieren unserem Team und auch der zweiten Gruppe von Fischer-Lehrlingen, die mit einer App für eine Optimierung des Skiverleihs ebenfalls ein Zertifikat gewinnen konnten, zu diesem Erfolg! Centennial flashbacks 💯⁠ ⁠ ⁠Fischer has been known for passion and craftsmanship from the very beginning. It’s unbelievable how much work went into ski construction back then and still goes into every product we manufacture nowadays! ______________________________ Jahrhundertrückblicke 💯⁠ Fischer war schon von Beginn an bekannt für Leidenschaft und Handwerkskunst. Es ist unvorstellbar, wieviel Arbeit schon damals in die Skikonstruktion geflossen ist und auch heutzutage nach wie vor in jedes Produkt investiert wird, dass bei Fischer gefertigt wird!

We ran for those who can't! Last Sunday, the Wings for Life World Run took place for the 12th time. With over 260,000 participants worldwide, it is the largest charity run event in the world. The organizer was able to raise over €8.1 million through participation fees and donations for spinal cord research and, of course, the Fischer team was once again involved in the flagship runs and the virtual app run! In the special format, in which you have to cover the longest possible distance until the Catcher Car catches up with you as a kind of moving finish line, the Fischer team, consisting of 20 runners, was able to run a respectable 305.86 km! Vergangenen Sonntag fand bereits zum 12. mal der Wings for Life World Run statt. Mit über 260.000 Teilnehmern weltweit ist es der größte, zusammenhängende Spendenlauf der Welt. Über 8.1 Mio € konnte der Veranstalter mithilfe von Teilnahmegebühren und Spenden für Rückenmarksforschung einsammeln und natürlich war das Fischer Team einmal mehr bei den Flagship Runs oder beim virtuellen App Run dabei! Bei dem besonderen Format, bei dem man eine möglichst weite Strecke zurücklegen muss, bis einen das Catcher Car als eine Art bewegliche Ziellinie einholt, konnte das Fischer Team bestehend aus 20 Läufer:innen respektable 305,86 km erlaufen.
