🌟 Fostering Growth in Early-Career Professionals: Start Up EGGER 6 Kick-off Highlights! 🌟 We are thrilled to share the highlights from the recent Start Up EGGER 6 Kick-off program, held in St. Johann in Tirol, Austria. The event, which took place from June 18 to 20, 2024, was a resounding success, focusing on empowering our early-career professionals with essential skills and knowledge. This year, we welcomed 20 talented individuals, including 11 women and 9 men, representing 13 different EGGER plants. The diversity and varied backgrounds of our participants have truly enriched the learning experience, fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment for all involved. The program covered a wide range of topics, including EGGER's structure and values, effective communication, individual role understanding, and strengths-oriented self-management. With a holistic approach, we aim to nurture well-rounded professionals who can thrive in their roles and contribute meaningfully to our organization's success. The international scope of the program is evident in the training locations, spanning across Austria, Germany, and Romania. This global perspective not only broadens participants' understanding of EGGER's operations but also fosters a strong international network, essential for success in today's interconnected business landscape. Celebrating 5 years of EGGER in Biskupiec (Poland)✨🥳 The Polish plant is one of the youngest locations within the EGGER Group and has already become a key part of our success story. We are proud to operate within the highest standards and state-of-the-art facilities. The plant produces a total of 650,000 m3 of raw and coated chipboard each year. Participants met Group Management members and delved into strengths-oriented self-management. The 10th round of our High Potential Leadership Program, has commenced in St. Johann on 10th June. The first module focused on strengths-oriented self-management and effective presentation skills, setting the stage for an enriching and transformative learning experience. #ProfessionalGrowth Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to celebrate their progress and development. Notably, 100 employees have experienced personal and professional growth, leading to internal promotions, with 31 now in higher management roles.
