Potential failures and the inverter’s reaction to them can be emulated over and over again to check the development progress. Soiling on vehicles is a critical aspect of driving safety. 🌧️🚗 Contaminated vehicle surfaces due to splashing, harsh weather conditions, snow or mud accumulation can cause problems like: ◾ Impaired driver vision ◾ Reduced visibility of the vehicle or key components of the vehicle, such as license plates and lights obstructing autonomous vehicle cameras and sensors. CFD simulations not only allow more scenarios to be covered in virtual testing, but once the simulation tools are properly validated, they can also help make predictions, eliminating the need to build a full prototype for each design iteration.
