  • Install the "32-Bit / 64-Bit Multiarch" version. It worked on my system flawlessly. Do not install the 64bit only version. - teamviewer.com/en/download/linux.aspx

  • all methods are useless to me. finally I downloaded this file from official website: download.teamviewer.com/download/teamviewer_i386.tar.xz then unzip it, run it, done! (this version is run in the wine environment)
