Phone Tracker - Family Locator 4+

I purchased the app with the premise that it would be 4.99 per month like it said. When ready to purchase, and given 3 options-I chose the first purchasing option of $4.99 per month. Only problem was that when I purchased it it charged the full years worth of $60 ( the yearly amount) I immediately deleted it, like I didn’t even have the app more than 5 mins before I looked at the cash app notification (that’s what I used the purchase the app) and realized that I was charged $60- an entire years worth of usage. I immediately went thru the formal refund process of apple customer service at 1AM and was denied. I went thru a review and was told that it was not eligible for a refund. That it doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund. That makes no sense to me. Seems very scammy and the fact that I asked twice for a refund and was told no seems like they thought about the situation and still determined that an app that was misleading in the purchase options had every right to take $60 from my account and no we wound be giving it back. Terrible experience.

Bc it said the location had been determined of the phone I was looking for . Thst wasn’t true !! You got my money and now to find out you can’t do anything for me . What a rip off woud never of paid e $& hav I l known this . I want my money back bc did nothing for me but take my money and also want to
cancel this app bc it’s not what I needed . If Its useless to me . What do I need to do to make sure you don’t taken my money again next week ? I do not want this app. Don’ttake anymore of my money for an app
I can’t use . App is deceiving !!
