Hello, unfortunately Apple has restrictions when a screen is off (meaning an app is running in the background) and does not allow background battery state monitoring. As soon as this restriction is lifted, Power Outage app will be running in the background and the screen can be off. Doing the job
I use it to be informed when my home power is out. I have lots of stuff in deep freezer and sometimes the power is out not due to the main grid but because of a short time over voltage and fuses must be put back to on. This app lets me know and I can call my neighbour to check the fuses. Thank you.
Would be better if it worked in locked screen too. Otherwise the Phone gets very hot.

Hello user and thank you for downloading BlackOut. The app is not intended to work and can not work when iPhone is locked, on iOS 13 or any previous version. Other than that, an update is underway for fully compliance with iOS 13.
