Room for improvements

1. FAQ
When i’m struggling to find answers about how this works how that works, i could not find FAQ in the app. Please add this into your app.

2. UI/UX
It is better in some way compared to the old app. I like how ‘my reward’ section, it looks more clean and tidy now. However, i still prefer red colour booking seat rather than blue as red with the green tick gives more eye-comfort to look at.

It would be more user friendly if we could just swipe left/right to go back to the previous page instead of tap back arrow at the top left.

Overall the app works fine, but also kinda abit laggy when i go back and forth between pages.

Hope to see improvements on the next update!

Incredible to see an app this bad in 2024

The reviews are true, I can’t believe someone could intentionally make a cinema app as bad as this one. It’s like you took my grandpa and made them client in charge of uiux and then paired him with a nepobaby gen z with the title “founder and ceo of xyz developers” with no formal training and got them to create this disasterpiece together. If you have any money invested in this company, just know that you’re losing more of it because this app exists and people will never want to use it to book a show. I can’t even find the movie that I want and spend less time doomscrolling than it took me to even to finally land on a broken and over complicated filter tool???? Devs pls go back to being baristas in your friends failing 3rd wave coffee shop.

Terrible Apps

After using the TGV movie app, I've encountered several issues that significantly detracted from my experience:

- **User Interface**: The navigation is counterintuitive, making it difficult to find essential features like movie times and ticket bookings.
- **Performance**: The app frequently crashes, especially during peak hours, which is frustrating when trying to make a last-minute booking.
- **Features**: Despite promising updates, the app still lacks basic functionalities like saving favorite cinemas or seamless integration with loyalty programs.
- **Customer Support**: Attempts to reach out for assistance were met with generic responses, showing a lack of attention to customer satisfaction.

Overall, the app's current state does not meet the expectations set by TGV Cinemas' reputation. It needs significant improvements to provide a user-friendly and reliable service.
