White fox review
First hoodies I bought were amazing quality and so warm but recently they’ve changed the material so it’s not and nice but it’s still good. Considering they ship from Australia it comes pretty quick, the app is easy to use but the names of items are pretty hard to find if there’s one your specifically looking for and the size guide can be a bit tricky when they refer to the models as some are plus size in no discriminative way it’s hard to tell how it’s going to fit.
The worst
The ordering is very confusing with it switching between uk and Australia. I never received my parcel in the 3-5 days was nearly two weeks. Had to return package done it next day. We are now a month down the line I have no tracksuit and still waiting on my credit being added to my account. Have email customer service with no reply and there is no phone number to contact them. This has been a nightmare process. They also charge a huge fee for returning the parcel 😡
