FIX THE ALARM VIEWS!

Currently this is a useless feature since only 10 alarm events can be downloaded at once! The camera generates motion alarms every few minutes, so in a whole day there can easy be several hundred alarm images to view. If you need to check a whole day or longer to find a specific event it can take hours to scroll down through them, 10 at a time -and even then, each image has to be downloaded individually! My arm aches from scrolling down! Useless!

Why can’t I just get all alarm events for a whole day, or a time range, and the download each of them to view? Alternatively, download each alarm image AS THE EVENT HAPPENS, instead of a huge blank icon.

Searching for the image of the vandal who keyed my car took over 4 hours, because of this clunky facility. I found it, so the camera certainly caught him, but it should not be as difficult or take nearly as long as this useless app makes it!

Awesome product and good app. However, after using this for 2 months now, although I have set the camera motion detection alarm and area. I get hundreds of notifications a day. When I check the notifications there is nothing there. From my experience the cameras which are inside, work perfectly. But if you put the cameras outside in a porch, it send notifications like crazy, although nobody has come into the motion detection area. From my experience every time any kind of vehicle goes past my house, which is not in the motion detection visible area, it still sends notifications. This is an awesome app if you are going to put it inside a house, but outside is another story. I bought 4 of these cameras, and from my research, I removed the mic on the circuit board and have now rendered the whole camera useless. (These were cheap cameras anyway) But I still have 3 more. my issue is that I get hundreds of these notifications, and I now ignore them. But I should not have to do that. Because I’m doing that, I’m afraid that I might get burgled and have ignored that notification, as I cannot check every notification as there’s loads of them. I should only get notifications if a human being comes into that area only. If and when this issue is resolved. I willchange my review. Please update the app and let’s see. Otherwise these are going in the bin.

I have had this camera for a long time, it worked ok before just fine , did what it was supposed to do but now I cannot connect it to wifi or my phone, it worked for 1 day and now it’s stopped working completely, I was disappointed with this camera when I first bought it over 4 years ago as the app was very buggy, but I finally got it working after about 3 hours of uninstalling, reinstalling, reconfiguring, and pretty much changing everything in the settings to get it working, and for them who say only bad reviews from none technical people should be shot at dawn, I am very technical for your information, this camera is now binned and have bought another type for a little extra this time, so I would take other people’s advice don’t get one if you do not want all the hassle of trying to set this thing up,
