Just Brilliant

I hate cooking, I hate shopping for ingredients, I hate trying to think of something to eat so this app is brilliant for me. I just chose which plan I wanted to follow and it gave me a weeks worth of meals with a shopping list. The cooking is simple and I’m quite enjoying it because it’s hard to go wrong. The food is filling and delicious. There are some things that I never would have thought to have put together, but they really work. You don’t end up having to buy a load of strange things that you’ll never use again, it’s all just regular stuff. I’m really enjoying trying new things and I’m never hungry. Have lost 8lb in 3 weeks so super happy with that. Many thanks to all involved. It breaks my heart a little bit every day to see Dr Mosley and listen to his words of encouragement and to know he’s no longer with us. Rip you brilliant man! Thanks for all you have done for us all. Sincere condolences to his family, colleagues and all who knew him. It is a tragic and cruel loss

Fantastic Diet Plan

I’ve been following the fast 800 keto plan via this app for last 12 weeks. It’s been amazingly easy and I’ve lost 24lbs in weight so far. I’ve tried various diets in the past, some successful, but most failed miserably usually due to hunger, which I’ve not really experienced on this diet. The plan was easy to follow, worked out my recipes for the week and gave me a shopping list. The bitesized pieces of information were just enough to pique my interest. The exercise sessions lasted just the right amount of time to be able to complete before going to work. The only two bits of criticism I have are (1) being unable to hear Chrissy on some of her exercise sessions (I’m hard of hearing) due to an echoing room and (2) trying to figure out 1/5 of tins of beans or 0.4 of a pepper; I would far prefer to just have the weight in gram/oz’s. For anyone like me with a lot of weight to lose I’d thoroughly recommend this diet my only regret is not believing Michael Mosley and starting it a lot sooner.

Best diet plan there is

As someone who has tried every diet under the sun this is by far the best one there is. The science and knowledge explains everything so well, so in addition to the motivation of losing weight I felt really motivated to become healthier and hopefully live longer. I didn’t realise how much of a sugar addiction I have and I didn’t think I would ever break out of the trap and vicious circle of yo-yo dieting but I finally have. I do still have the occasional treat but am far more discerning about whether it’s worth it and I completely avoid ultra processed food now.

In terms of the diet itself, it really worked for me having meals planned out with the shopping list of everything I needed for the week as it stopped me buying unnecessary treats and overeating. The exercises were great, easy to follow and not too long so could fit them in my busy life!

I am so grateful to Michael Mosley and the team at Fast 800 - thank you for such a fantastic plan that has honestly helped me turn my life around.
