The 1% Club TV Show 4+

Edit2: the haptics that continues to vibrate once you’ve completed the daily question to draw attention to the weekly questions is REALLY annoying when you’re trying to share your scores. I used to do the weekly ones every now and again but now I just want to get out of the app as soon as I’ve shared to stop the buzzing.

EDIT: If you’re going to have ads at least make sure they *%#%^*% work properly!!!!!!! 18 day streak gone (or is it? I don’t know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ). Entered an answer. Ad to reveal. Close button on the ad didn’t work. Could only tap the google ads options to say if you’re interested in the ad or not. Followed by a white screen saying “Ad closed by Google” which was mainly covered up by the notch so I had to go into the app switcher to read it. Had to force quit the app to get rid of it. Reopen app and get the come back tomorrow to play message. I have a screenshot if you even care. Just get rid of the ads!! Dropping to 1 star even though I love doing this every day.. ORIGINAL: Love doing this every day. We have a competition going with my parents to see who gets it right each day. Would be great to have a full game (like the millionaire+ game on Apple Arcade) so you don’t have to wait a day to play. Dropping to 3 stars beacaus of the new change to introduce ads. It is very disappointing and annoying.

Wife and I enjoy this app every morning with a coffee. It's a quickie between Wordle and getting up for work. My issues are these. 1. The app now has adverts. Great thanks. 2. The timer starts before the question is revealed. Therefore the daily question is not an accurate representation of the show. 3. The answer and reasoning are displayed for a few seconds only, once you get the message 'come back tomorrow' that's it. You can't review your answer, all conversation and bragging rights with the wife are lost as she doesn't believe me at the best of times. 5. There is no score board for the daily quiz just one for the show. A big part is to see how you are doing over the days and weeks. Wordle do it. Why can't you?
Despite giving one star shall keep on doing the quiz each morning. Why? Because I am sad and have the hope that more like me post comments like these so you will

I do enjoy some aspects of this app and I like playing along with the tv show even though it isn’t completely in sync, it’s still fun. However this evening whilst playing the daily question after answering I encountered an ad that was in a foreign language and no X appeared to get rid of it and I didn’t want to press anything else because I wasn’t interested in purchasing a Honda. The second thing that upset me was, I gave an answer ‘one per cent club’ and it marked me as incorrect, the answer was apparently ‘one percent club’. In the uk both are used but the two-word spelling is most common, while the one-word spelling is preferred in the USA. Clearly in the UK to use this app, please don’t spell colour this way, as it will be incorrect, spell it color, as clearly UK spellings are not accepted.

Also too many ads now.
