Good app

Good clear videos. I like the function to build your own workout, but would be better to play as a sequence instead of having to play individually. Would like to see more abs workouts, if there's going to be an update.

Great for home or getting back in to it

Helps raise your fitness levels BEFORE going back to the gym. Enjoying the variation of the program and you choose how hard you want to push.

Dissatisfied, no apparent side switch

Just bought this for rotator cuff and shoulder exercises, set it up and it doesn’t do side switch.
So if I set it up for 3 reps it just does it for one arm then finishes exercise, it should switch to other arm with appropriate video for 3 reps before ending.

Very disappointing waste of £5
