Ratings and Reviews
Potential...but buggy.
Right now the app has potential but isn't working perfectly. It took MANY attempts for it to save changes to laying and style and the countdown timer doesn't work correctly. I have been unable to get it to countdown to an event in the future past 'tomorrow' and it only correctly counts down to an event at the top of the hour, so 830 or 915 gives a completely inaccurate countdown!
A little disappointing for the price!!
Not quite ready
I wanted to like this app but have to say it's disappointing.
The iPad version is limited to landscape only, which is not so much just annoying as baffling. The layout is modular and lends itself easily to reformatting and yet doesn't, which makes it a little pointless as a quick glance app when you can't read it without picking up the device and turning it around.
Reminders doesn't work for me unfortunately, and while the stocks module works in principle, it seems to update every few days rather than in sync with the stocks app, so, again sadly it's not much use. It looks nice but if I want to know the actual stock price I have to look elsewhere anyway.
It's a nice-looking app, and sort of useful until Apple catches up with every other mobile OS and offers this kind of functionality built- in. But it's not ready for a paid-for launch yet.
I look forward to the bugs being ironed out.
Good Concept But Work To Do
This is a really good concept - why open 5 or 6 apps when you can customise 1 app to show you what you need each morning? It looks like WIP, almost BETA, very basic, and the content doesn't work fully (issues with events and stocks), but you get the feeling in a few versions this will be really good. Guys - sort the colours too. Shocking. Need black and grey.
