Fantastic Game - not just after your money -fab support

Not only is this game fun and addictive, it has just the right amount of challenge. It doesn’t set you up so you have to buy boosters to complete a level. In fact, they offer loads of side events where they gift you free boosters regularly. There are some amazing clubs you can join to compete in even more events (“Most helping club around” is obviously the best one cause I’m in it!) But what has stood out for me and kept me interested in the game is their support when I’ve had issues. Normally an issue would stop me playing a game as they never get rectified, however, that’s not the case with this game. On 2 occasions I have had to contact support and both times they have solved the situation so promptly and to a high standard. The last support I received was today. After losing all my months of hard work (due to my error), they have kind of restored it for me. Thank you support. You are amazing!! I don’t mind spending the odd amount of real cash too, cause I know it won’t be wasted. Love this game. If I could have given it a higher rating I would have. Forget candy crash or less superior games imitating this. You won’t regret getting this game, in fact you’ll wonder how you lived without it!!! L❤️ve it!! 🕉

The levels

I love this game and how beautiful it is.
I do have a problem with how hard the levels are.
I understand they have to get harder as you progress but i was stuck for 5 days on one level with no ammo and money so could not progress until i really had to slog through it and that is not fun at all.
It is also so hard to get stars to help progress through the story which i have to say is wonderful and keeps you coming back for more.
Please make the levels a little easier and allow players to earn more money.
Update.....
Finally got past tricky level and i have to say i am having more fun with this game.
Progressed quite quickly now and the new monsters are great.
Fantastic game and keeps you wondering what mysteries are ahead.
Excellent story can’t wait to see story unfold.
21st July 2019 update....
I was having a great time moving through the levels and completed all and got to go on special levels which were fantastic.
I am now no longer able to play at all as the game will no longer load which leaves me very frustrated.....Please help. Tell me why this has occured?
So stuck on loading 0% cannot get on, sort this out plarium please

The levels.

I would like to say I like challenge but these levels are ridiculous, I would be fine if you shoveled out 2-3 stars by each level, or at least make the levels a tiny bit easier, but to require three stars when the levels are just beyond comprehension brings pain to the gameplay, I love this game, I love the buildings and the things the character creates, but it’s a joke with the levels, payout and certain actions, it requires you a star to play with a seal, I don’t see the need, again I love this game, just extremely frustrated with the levels, I hate the excuse that “levels can be completed even without power ups, like they have been tested to” that’s fair but some of us don’t test games for a living, some of us like a casual yet challenging experience with a satisfying Ocd feeling once things get cleaned up, to leave that unfinished just because a level is beyond unfairness is just annoying, thank you, and as much as I don’t like hating these devs, the simple “thank you for your feedback” won’t help, it’ll only disappoint more, I get it’s supposed to be challenging, but at least have a setting for people who have a harder time with puzzles, beyond disappointed with the devs way of helping its fans and game.
