Life Is Strange is a five part episodic game that sets out to revolutionize story-based choice and consequence games by allowing the player to rewind time and affect the past, present, and future.
Follow the story of Max Caulfield, a photography senior who discovers she can rewind time while saving her best friend Chloe Price. The pair soon find themselves investigating the mysterious disappearance of fellow student Rachel Amber, uncovering a dark side to life in Arcadia Bay. Meanwhile, Max must quickly learn that changing the past can sometimes lead to a devastating future.

Beautiful game so far
Just finished the first chapter, it was beautiful, I love the focus on character and story in this game. And the game is so cinematic, you truly connect with the characters. The story I can’t comment on as I’m only one chapter in, but so far it seems really promising.
Visually the game is stunning... bar one thing that was consistent right through the game, the sky doesn’t render properly. I get some sort of checkerboard that strobes. it also rendered like this on the red truck in the scene when they’re driving , it’s present on the landing screen as well. Thankfully you don’t often look at the sky, but when it is in frame it complete pulls you out of the experience, particularly the ending scene for the first chapter, it was really distracting.
I have reluctantly bought the second chapter knowing it’s probably going to suffer the same issue, but I can’t guarantee I’ll buy more if it isn’t sorted out soon.

iPhone 12 pro lag
So i just downloaded this game on my iphone 12 pro, and i’m on the bit where Max received the first text outside. Now that i’ve read the text , i can’t seem to come back out of it. I had to come out of the entire game hoping that it was some sort glitch and every-time i do that, it makes me re start the scene. It’s so annoying because it made me read the entire journal hoping that’s the main reason why it’s not letting me go back out of Max’s mobile. Now i don’t know what to do. The last time i played this game was a few years back on the PS4 but i stopped on episode 1 because i had to pay for the next episodes, I can’t find my
PS4 anymore, it’s probably broken. So, i decided i should download the game today on my iPhone and actually pay for the episodes but seems like i can’t. I was really excited and loved it so far as well… such a shame. Please try to fix this problem so i can play this game.
Great game!
I play this game on my iPhone XR, and was unsure at first because sometimes games like this that are converted to mobiles can be a bit hit and miss. But I’m really pleased, especially was episode 1 is free! I ended up purchasing the whole bundle and do not regret it. This game has beautiful scenery and the story is great! One thing I would say is that there are sometimes small glitches here and there but nothing that interrupts the gameplay. I also find that this game drains my battery a lot but that might just be my home. Overall a great game and I highly recommend for any platform that people will be playing it on :)
