Every time I travel in the le shuttle I’m at amazed by how lack of investment continues year after year
The toilets are mostly out of order and you are advised to use them in the terminal!!! The reason people use the train and not the ferry is because it’s quicker not to park up and use the facilities!!! Flexiplus costs a fortune but the catering is cheap
They have gone from a loverly rustic baguette to boxed sandwiches the like you would expect to find in a school canteen. The two coffee machines on the French side are mostly out of order so as you can imagine I am not impressed after paying £550 for a 5 day return and finding the food room closed and only the toilet part open with broken coffee machines and a few bags of crisps on offer. Come on LeShuttle management shape up stop trying to over charge and under serve this was built with tax payers money as a fast link between England and the continent not to make share holders bumper profits

Crashes all the time

Worked for a while but I use it maybe 3 times a year and every time I’ve needed itthe app is out of date and cant retrieve the information. Just goes to a blank white screen. Having to Update the app at the crucial moment is inconvenient and hasn’t worked the last couple of times. I’ve been advised to uninstall and reinstall which I have done but dont have my password with me so can’t use it anyway. Back to the email confirmation I guess ….. so whats the point of the app! Can Eurotunnel pls design an app that works

Hideously unreliable

This app is worse than useless. It rarely opens, or crashes immediately, just when you actually need it, so you’re forced to back up all info in email and print. You can’t see the departure info, so have to go back to using the departure boards at the terminal. Really unacceptable in this day and age. You need to sort this out, Le Shuttle.
