Use the App, not the web site
The web site is trying too hard to get you to buy extras, for some reason I had a charge of 148 HKD$ while I was trying to check in with no additional extras. When I switched to the App it was quick and simpler and no surprise charges!

The app is fairly user friendly but then to make payment it kept showing error even though I’ve been told my payment was successful, it still showed as pending and told me to try another credit card !!!
