Bingo Tour: Win Real Cash 17+

It’s a nice game but I don’t like the fact that it takes too long to transfer won money to players bank account but very fast to take money from one’s account. The game will have more players if withdrawals don’t take long to get to players’ bank account. Is it fair that one will will about 130£ and it will take 15 - 30 days to deposit the money in the person’s account. It makes the game look like a scam.

I have been using this app for a few months now, I made £110 this morning and decided to withdraw. The withdrawal process is confusing and not straightforward unlike other games such as cash solitaire/cash bingo, which process within 48 hours and you receive funds within 48 hours. I’m reading many negative reviews on here so now am cautious, thankfully I only deposited £5. I will keep updating when I’ve received updates about my withdrawal request. Also for “identification value” I’m equally as confused as everyone else. I remember seeing one source online months ago that stated it was the “details” of the ID you submitted. Again, clueless. I used my UK passport, and entered the long MZR number, it told me this was an invalid field. I then proceeded to enter the passport number instead and this worked, but then I read a review on here saying identification value meant country you’re from? I’ve messaged support so they’re aware of this so hopefully my withdrawal isn’t delayed. Anyway good luck to anyone else using this app, I will be deleting after my withdrawal is received and I’ll keep updating this review section.

I don’t say scam lightly but this is one of the cases which justify it. Here are my reasons:

1) You are only allowed to withdraw as much as you deposit. You could deposit £5, get lucky and win £50 but the game would only allow you to withdraw the initial £5 you deposited and the extra £45 you won would get removed from your account and you would never see it again.

2) The leaderboards are rigged against you. In some of my games I scored highly (50k+ points) and was put at the top of the leaderboard, however the bottom 3 players were hidden until the match was ‘verified’. Once the match was verified the bottom 3 players all somehow had 60k+ points and I was put in last place. It seems that the game groups you with players who score similarly, or higher, AFTER the match has finished. I would understand it if this was done based on average scores before the game started so you were playing with players of equal ability but the fact this is sneakily done after you have seemingly won is incredibly unfair and dishonest.

For these reasons, it is shocking this game is allowed on the App Store. I understand gambling is meant to be beneficial to the house but with this game there is absolutely no way at all to make a profit from it. The only way you can win massive amounts is if you have deposited massive amounts and still you are going to lose a percentage of that to processing fees.
