Great app for kids!! But the duck is missing
My son learns a lot playing with this app. But no matter how hard and how many tries we do, we can’t locate the duck. Help!
Terrible app, service and company
I signed up for a trial and tried out the app. The app was having lots of issues so after struggling for a bit I closed and deleted it. Unfortunately after the trial they continued to charge you without any notice whatsoever.
Note that they charged you via their own app not through Apple so a bit fishy too. The charge comes from a Czech Republic company so don’t expect good customer service / protection as in the UK.
I contacted the company to ask for a refund due to the app issue and lack of usage, however this is NOT a customer first company so they insist on the charges. I will of course NOT use it or recommend it to anyone.

I am sorry if you experienced difficulties using the app. However, deleting the app is not enough, as this is a subscription service, you need to actively log in and cancel your membership. You can either choose to purchase the app via Apple/Google Play or directly via our website. The termination must always take place where you made your purchase.
The fee is charged from our financial system Stripe but the company is Swedish owned.If you wish to discuss this further, you are welcome to contact our support.

Too Expensive
Considering this app only gamifies maths learning, £9.99 is a high price to pay each month for such a niche product. The app did engage my son (5) momentarily but only when I suggested he use it. He has never subsequently asked to use it. I would only consider resubscribing if the subscription cost were significantly reduced and additional topics were incorporated.
