App is fine, the look is not

App is okay but desperately needs a revamp, the colour scheme and the layout is not pleasing to the eye. It’s like it was thrown together quickly last minute. The app should make you excited to look at your personal finances, but every time I open it I wish I could change the entire look

Nothing special.

The app seems very basic and cheap.
It’s a little slow when completing actions.
The app attends to also crash a lot. Ie when trying to deposit a cheque.
The main account screen is very cluttered and overwhelming when you have a few accounts.

We are currently working on improving the loading times as well as the time it takes to complete an action while logged into an active session. I have taken your concerns regarding the main account summary screen to our app developers to see if something could potentially done to improve the display of memberships with multiple accounts. Regarding the issue you are experiencing with the app crashing, we would like the opportunity to speak with you directly to troubleshoot this. Can you please give our Member Service team a call at 1-833-696-6887 and ask to speak with either Ken or Craig in the Technical Support department. We would like to confirm the type of device you are using and current operating system installed, as there may be some contributing factors causing the app to crash. - Ken

Redesign: Updated rating

New app looks great. Too bad I’m no longer a customer because I thought the previous app was abandoned after 9 months of no updates. But now I might try it again in the future. Great to see incorporation of feedback.
