This is the volunteer portal for current Imperial staff and students.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are not currently working or studying at Imperial College London I'm afraid you are not eligible to sign up.
*Applications to volunteer for The Great Exhibition Road Festival 2024 have now closed.
However, you can still make a profile on our system to be notified of future volunteering opportunities.

Once you've created your account with us, you'll be able to choose your shifts.
Already volunteered at an Imperial Lates or the Festival? Follow the 'Log in to your account' link on the right.
If you have not created an account with us, follow these instructions:
- Click 'Fill in an application' (even if you already volunteered at Graduation or another College event)
- Then create a profile (left-hand option) or if you've volunteered at Graduation before, sign in (right-hand option)
- Head to the 'opportunities' tab at the top of the page, then 'opportunities list' and choose your shifts

NOTE: this is a separate system to the Imperial SSO system, so you might have used different details to set up your account.
