We were honored to have Sudha Sripada, Wellbeing Advisor at Heriot-Watt University, Dubai Campus, lead an inspiring inclusivity training session at our office. Her session focused on understanding various disabilities and enhancing our communication skills with persons of determination. As we gear up to welcome a diverse group of interns and future full-time team members, this training is essential in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. The session included an engaging activity where we split into groups, each addressing a different disability and presenting it to the crowd. This hands-on approach truly enriched our understanding and empathy.
