First of all, huge congratulation to Zak World of Façades, for starting Zak Awards. Koltay Facades is participating since the first Dubai edition and witness year by year how the conference became the most anticipated event among façade professionals, architects and developers. This year is even more exciting, as we got shortlisted in not one, but three categories (all we got nominated in). Koltay Facades Dubai office is looking for two (2) new colleagues. Please send email to dubai@koltayfacades.com if you fully match the below criteria: 3D BIM DESIGNER ( Revit or Rhino or both is MUST. AutoCAD only knowledge will not result in interview.) -EITHER: Very experienced user of Revit, worked across as a minimum LOD200 and LOD 300 stages of same project OR: Very experienced user of Rhino and able to create complex Grasshopper scripts for analysts and for parametric creation OR: Both above -Likes to work with supportive colleagues and provides support mutually -Has architectural or facade contracting background -Interested in the technical side of architecture, interested in facade cladding and glazing detailing -Willing to learn about different aspects of facade consultancy work; willing to use other software and take on other tasks related to our projects, like 2D design, reports, studies, certain calculations, site inspections, etc. Mentoring provided as needed. -Good English language skills -Lives in Dubai or willing to relocate -Appreciates unique buildings, large developments, innovative design, good architecture -Can live without office politics, has positive attitude -Proactive person, who can progress the tasks without regular instruction, but asks for help when needed -Interest in AI technology, ability to code in Python is advantage -Enjoys a very international team.
