For instance by offering time/knowledge (that is clearly outside of time that you would normally make available), or arranging some budget (e.g. to register for a symposium). -- If you would want to pay for it, why not ask at the end of a lectures whether one of your students want to make a few bucks (they tend to have a lower fair rate). | |
