    I would disagree with that proofreading is a contribution to the writing of the article. Proofreading an article and suggesting the correction of typos, re-wordings, and the like are no original contributions. According to the CORE guidelines (publicationethics.org/resources/discussion-documents/authorship), all authors should have been involved in the writing of the manuscript at draft- and revision stages.
