Our house in San Bruno needs exterior painting and repair work. It has old style wood shingles. We painted the house ourselves a few years back just to give it some protection. We are looking for somebody to do a more thorough job this time, of repairing/replacing some of the shingles and painting over it. Please recommend any reasonably priced contractors/ painting companies you know of.
My mom has a place with those wood shingles too, and If you find a good painter and are happy with the result let me know. You can get replacement shingles from California shake and shingle in Belmont. They are on Old County road, at Harbor.
