What are people saying about sushi bars in Philadelphia, PA?
This is a review for sushi bars in Philadelphia, PA:
"I first started dining at Sagami in 1973, and continued for decades. When I was a junior in highschool, I took my girlfriend here for a meal for two: miso soup, salad, cucumber rolls, and red bean ice cream...for $10...including a 15% tip (the style of the times). From Sagami, I learned the joys of sashimi, uni, and wasabi. I fondly remember Chizuko Fukuyoshi, the wife and muse of chef Shigeru Fukuyoshi. Chizuki just passed away at age 79. I cannot articulate the many happy memories I have from their restaurant, but they were indeed "the best of times." May Chizuko enjoy the blessings of heaven that she richly deserves in her next journey. I humbly express my gratitude for the joy that she and her husband gave to me and my friends in the convivial place that they created."
