Tom Lee Roofing

They did my roof several years ago, but during one of the horrible storms this winter I thought part of it flew off. They came out to check it out and, thankfully, it wasn't from my roof, but they said that they needed to replace some rusty things and remove vegetation. They came out and did the work this past week and did a great job. Ruben even cleaned my two skylights.

I absolutely recommend them.

From scheduling a quote to getting the work done, it was a easy as you can get. You just need to wait to get on their schedule. Mike was very thorough with his estimate. Joaquin was one of the best roofers I've worked with. So nice and hardworking. They installed 2 air vents and a new skylight. Now we just need to wait for the rain to ensure no leaks, but not to worry because there's a 5 year warranty.

They are excellent in all aspects of roof repair and replacement.Have been with them as a loyal customer since 1950's and have not found another company that was as capable.I had only used one or two other companies in all these years mainly in my earlier years of owning property.Now that Howard and Tom are retired,I touch bases with Mike and the service and workmanship continues to be excellent and they are not sloppy.Now that I'm approaching 90,I appreciate good workmanship and notice and appreciate their staff including the office employees even more.

Tom Lee Roofing is the best! From the start with the site evaluation, to the estimate, to the scheduling, and then to the roof replacement Tom Lee Roofing was efficient, kind, professional and thoughtful. Who knew a roofing project could be so pleasant and clean! Everybody that I worked with was experienced and so nice and the work crew was also really nice, friendly and efficient ...they all really worked like an effective team. They gave us the best customer service ever!

Just had my roof replaced last week and loved the job! I know Tom Lee stands behind their work and very professional team. We loved the color and placement of the new shingles. They cleaned the inner skylight so well that we notice it's much brighter. Yriel, the lead, was very professional and clean up everyday was nice!!

We chose Tom Lee Roofing to replace our 27 year old flat roof earlier this month at the recommendation of 3 neighbors and a trusted contractor.
A nine-man crew completed the job in 2 days! They were completely profession and thoughtful! They gave us signs to notify our neighbors about the noise and debris to be expected. After each day they completely cleaned up our site as well as our neighbors. It was a pleasure to do business with them. They are the BEST!!

I need a roofer and he reached out for my phone number but never called me. Why waste my time.

This was my 3rd project with Tom Lee Roofing. The first 2 were to patch leaks (they stopped leaks that had defeated 3 prior firms). This time we replaced the whole roof before getting solar panels. Their work was first rate (the crew arrived on time, were courteous and responsive, and left the job site clean) and we've had no problems since they finished. Their bid was also very competitive and they stuck to it.

Tom Lee Roofing is a family business. We've been using them for years for roofing and have never been disappointed. Even during the pandemic, they were fully booked, but they were able to squeeze us in for a consultation. This job was kind of small where there was a leak in my garage. They decided to patch it up for a small price to see if it will leak during the next bad rainstorm. If this doesn't work, they will come back and redo the area. They will try to save you money if they can! Honest company and workers. Can't ask for more!

Tom Lee Roofing replaced my flat roof and skylight, as well as installed a new skylight, for my house in San Francisco. They were punctual and communicated very effectively through the whole process. The quote was well detailed, they handled change orders effectively, and even communicated with a contractor working at my home to coordinate their schedules.

Since the work was completed they have come back twice to repair the siding below the new flashing that came off during our recent heavy winds. Again, they were punctual & professional, and agreed to do the repairs under warrantee. It could have gone either way and it was generous of them to do the repairs without billing.

Ultimately, my only complaint is they they just do roofing. If there were a Tom Lee Plumbing, Tom Lee Construction, Tom Lee Mechanic, etc. they would all be my first choice!
