Samantha is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is thorough and professional. She explained everything in a way that is easy to understand, from filling out seller disclosure package to working with the city for the 3R report.

Samantha was the absolute best realtor we have worked with in the bay area. We sold our previous home with Samantha this year and it was as painless and stress free as it could have possibly been. Samantha is probably the best home agent to work with if it's you are a first time home buyer. Before my boyfriend and I started, she introduced us to how to read the documents so we don't waste our time. She was very open to meet with us on late weekdays (since both of us work) and on the weekend as well. She also communicated with us through text and email, which made communicating with her really easy.
