Highly recommend CostLess for service/repair. At the tail end of our heatwave our HVAC stops blowing cold air at dinnertime Friday. I called at 7:45 am Saturday morning and he was texted me before his office phone rang twice. Fortunately, Sal could time to be available when everyone else required at least a week. He arrived 3 hours later and, within 10 minutes, had the A/C working. It was an electrical issue. Great service, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt the pricing was reasonable for a full service company. Plan to use CostLess next time.

Sal was great. It was tough scheduling with the ongoing heatwave, but he made it happen within a week. Quick high quality diagnostic and repair. Very knowledgeable.

Set up an appointment and he came on time

He provided his assessment on our AC issue and provided a couple of option. We ended up choosing the replace the AC unit. Set up another appointment for that in 2 days. Everything was done in a day.

Sal and his screw were very professional.

Update:
I know there is a 95 diagnose fee. But I am under the assumption that the issue can be fixed at additional cost. I am totally OK with that. However, you did not mention your team can not fix it in the same day and can come some days later is an option.

What makes me more confused are the reviews from Hung and Tina, which describe the same situation. But they were not charged for the diagnose fee. So I felt I was treated differently.

Just be aware there are chances that they cannot fix the problem and have to refer you to a electrician. But the diagnose fee will still be charged.
My case was the thermostats wire has no voltage and they cannot fix it.

I called CostLess Heating & Cooling the morning after my air conditioning unit broke, and scheduled a same-day diagnostic with Sal.

Upon meeting Sal, I was very impressed with his professionalism and approach to explain the issues that were diagnosed and required fixes. I agreed to have the unit fixed that day. He even provided tips and guidance on maintenance.

He was direct, honest, and clearly very experienced - I am very glad to have worked with him and would recommend him in the future. I plan to work with him in the future!

Abraham came instead of the owner who communicated with me.

Abraham is so young that I worried if he had enough experience. Within 5 minutes he identified the issue. Within 10 minutes, he fixed the problems. It was the capacitor. Turned out he's like in his 30s and been doing this for 6 years.

After he fixed the problems, he took time to check the temperature to make sure it's cold enough. I was pretty happy with his thoroughness.

Value is hard to say, normally a capacitor cost $150-$400. They charged me $3xx so I didn't think it was unreasonable. However, $49 service fees was reasonable.

They were pretty prompt. Service requested on Wednesday and they came Friday.

All in all, I'm pleased.

Sal came out to fix our AC unit and was very thorough and got it working in no time at all reasonable rate.

I used CostLess at a previous home and decided to call them up again when we were having issues with our AC not blowing cool air any more. Just like years ago, I had another great experience. This time, Sal came to service my home, and it looks like he was teaching his son the ways of the HVAC trade which my wife really enjoyed.

Not only did Sal come on time (he actually contacted me to see if he could come earlier, which was great), but Sal knew immediately what was wrong, which happily cost less to fix than what I thought the original problem was. Sal fixed up our AC unit in no time (it ended up being the capacitor) and also asked me about installing an add-on to help the capacitor function better and last over the long haul. While Sal was there, he helped to shore up the insulation on the exposed pipes which we really appreciated.

Since we completed our service with CostLess, they waived the diagnostic fee as well. If you need any HVAC help, do yourself a favor and contact CostLess and Sal! Fair pricing, great communication, with honesty and integrity!

Sal the owner is awesome! Our hvac u it went out on a hot afternoon. I called at 5pm, He answered right away and was at our house by 6pm.
