Bank House Bed and Breakfast, Fort Augustus, Loch Ness

Sue & Ian would like to welcome you into our home where we have lived since 2013, offering Bed & Breakfast accommodation in the Highlands of Scotland

Bank House Bed and Breakfast is a traditional Victorian stone property built in 1904.

The house was formerly home to the bank manager and still operates as a bank twice a week to the front of the building.

Our Loch Ness B&B is in an excellent position in the Highland village of Fort Augustus, overlooking the Caledonian Canal and the Great Glen Way, with views of the famous Loch Ness which is within a short stroll. Shops, a Post office, a Chemist, Restaurants, Pubs, Cafes and Boat Trips on Loch Ness are a mere five minutes walk away.

We are midway between Fort William and Inverness giving excellent links to explore what the Highlands has to offer. The isle of Skye, Eileen Donan Castle, Urqhart Castle, Ben Nevis and the Highland Capital of Inverness are just a few popular tourist destinations which are all within easy reach. There is ample parking on the road outside the property. We offer secure cycle storage and drying facilities for those wet days. Laundry service is available upon request.

Check in from 4pm to 6pm (please let us know in advance if its after 6pm). Check out 10am.
