Internet Explorer is old and doesn't support websites that use
too-new features. Some alternatives are listed below.

- [Microsoft Edge supported Operating Systems](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-supported-operating-systems)
lists
[Microsoft Edge version 109](https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=edge-stable-109)
as the last version to support Windows 7.
- The Chromium-based Brave browser last version to support
Windows 7 seems to be
[Release v1.46.144 (Chromium 108.0.5359.128)](https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/releases/tag/v1.46.144)

- [Firefox users on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 moving to Extended Support Release](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support)
lists Firefox version 115 as the last version to support
Windows 7. See
[Index of /pub/firefox/releases/](https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/).

EDIT : Finally the problem wasn't with the browser
but with the installed root certificates.
Updating the
[Root Certificates](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/support-for-urgent-trusted-root-updates-for-windows-root-certificate-program-in-windows-a4ac4d6c-7c62-3b6e-dfd2-377982bf3ea5)
fixed the problem.
