How to get Win 9X OEMSetup working from same C:\ USB stick as the Boot Disk
Edit: The big problem with either 95 or ME probably is that the boot cd(stick) IS the primary partition and there's no way to spoof it as a floppy or CD. such a pain that the dos files are in the way ...
