Elgato Game Capture. CPU or GPU for encode/decode?
On my old PC that I use for my Elgato, I am unsure wether I need to use my CPU or GPU for Encoding and Decoding.

Does AMD Support on-die video decoding?
Do any AMD processors support on-die video decoding in the same vein as the Intel core series? If so, can anyone point me to any articles that compare the two?
