E: Package 'libtool-bin' has no installation candidate
due installing the prerequisites for a software, which is explained step by step here , when I enter this command:
sudo apt-get install libtool-bin
I get this error:

Is there a shortcut to run a suggested command in a terminal?
If I type in a command for a program that is not installed I might get a message like this:
